The Beemovie emote is a nonsensical addition to the Gatorbox channel's roster of emotes. Originally added as a way to pad out the allocation of 50 slots provided by FrankerFaceZ the emote has managed to survive being culled numerous times due to its adoption as something of an underground favorite among the community. It has no real meaning and nothing really governs when it's appropriate to use, it's just posted in chat when the atmosphere is silly or when people want to spam a random emote.

The emote itself can be traced back to the website FaceInHole.com, a digital version of those wooden facades you'd see at a county fair where you can put your face in the cut out holes to be a mermaid or a horse, etc. One afternoon in 2013 Draco and Trustsuperjail were messing around with the website after Trustsuperjail had told an amusing story about it. They wanted to see what the most forgotten "nobody cares about this" thing they could find was so they settled on Bee Movie (which at the time had not yet become a meme). Draco uploaded a picture of him making a face and the two were underwhelmed by the comedy value of the website, that is until Draco just grabbed one of the adjustment corners of the image and swung his computer mouse across the table. This wound up flipping the image around and stretching it until only his mouth was visible in the "hole". The resulting image was immediately hilarious for reasons that can't be easily explained. Draco saved a copy of the picture and years later would cut out the face portion of it to make into an emoticon.

Due to the original emote only being available in a very low resolution Draco would later track down the source images used to create it and make an "HD" version that looked better on Twitch and other applications.
