A '''$50,000 Turn''' is the name given to a specific mistake made while speedrunning ''Super Off Road''. The maneuver refers to making a detour from the fastest route to pick up an item that has appeared on the track and falling back one place in the race for doing so. Because the game issues prize money in steps of $50,000 this deviation -- the ''turn'' -- has technically cost the player the $50,000 they would've won had they not attempted to go for the item.

''Super Off Road'' was the first game that Draco routinely practiced speedruns of following his back to back world records that were set during the 2013 and 2014 [[Extra Life]] marathons. At the time it was common for speedrunners on Twitch to have emotes that made references to the games they performed runs of. The $50,000 Turn emote was joined by an icon of the player's red truck and another emote that read "CHOKE" in the game's font. Draco stopped actively speedrunning relatively quickly as he felt it ran counter to the type of atmosphere he wanted to cultivate and nurture within the community and retired all of the ''Super Off Road'' emotes in 2017.
