Cassie.exe is the name given to a specific glitch that occurred during the stream of Pixicade Mobile Game Studio. The main gimmick of the Pixicade software is the ability for players to draw pictures of things on paper and then take a photo with the app which will in turn create an in-game asset of what was drawn. It didn't take long for Draco to start experimenting with seeing what would happen if he took pictures of things other than drawings on paper and one of them ended up being a sticker version of the Cassie Photo.

Pixicade is only able to extrapolate data regarding very specific colors and will also attempt to detect the background of a photo and remove it. When the item being photographed is a black and white drawing on a sheet of white paper this works moderately well, however the software was not sure how to interpret the Cassie Photo. It eventually generated an asset based on the picture however the colors were off due to the program attempting to autocorrect and refine the picture. Most of the dark green background was also removed. When Draco attempted to place the asset into a game he found that whatever it was Pixicade had generated was seriously off. The preview picture of the asset wound up only showing a small portion of the entire item as placing it would nearly fill the entire screen. Additionally, the software generated a broken hitbox for the item resulting in a massive field that the player could pass through but seemingly die at random due to the fragmented hitbox. Furthermore, because of the glitched hitbox once the asset was placed it could not be easily removed without resetting the entire game.

The imported Cassie Photo had a very distinct and haunting look due to the fact that it's not something Pixicade was designed to handle. Several viewers likened it to a "creepypasta" prompting Draco to give the glitch the name "Cassie.exe", a reference to the common practice of putting ".exe" at the end of a character's name to denote a horror fanfic.
