Games For Smart People

Games For Smart People is a pseudo-series on the Gatorbox channel represented by a single YouTube playlist. It features Draco "playing" various academic quizzes and tests from websites such as Khan Academy and Brilliant.org. Often times the subject matter chosen is absurdly difficult (Quantum Theory) or absurdly simple (Kindergarten Math). Draco claims confidence by way of his "street smarts" and insists that he can pass the quizzes without needing the book learning required to master the subjects. In some cases, with the exception of mathematical equations, Draco's process of elimination actually works.

Games For Smart People was not an official show and was only hosted a few times. Due to the overhaul and redesign of websites such as the aforementioned Brilliant.org taping additional Games For Smart People streams has become difficult because replacement websites have not been found. Traditionally, Games For Smart People has also struggled to find an audience; turnout for the live streams themselves is generally high but in direct contrast the viewership for the YouTube recaps are among the lowest in the history of the channel with several installments failing to crack even a dozen views. Because of this the project was on hiatus for several years until it was given a shot at the end of the 2024 season where Draco tackled several more easy categories on Khan Academy as well as the first leg of the 100 Problems series on the recently redesigned Brilliant.org.
