CG
CG is a term generally used during the production of a live television broadcast. It was originally an abbreviation for character generator, referring to the software that generates on-screen text ("Chyron") and its operator, however it later became a backronym for computer graphics when digitized graphics became an industry standard. The position is also sometimes referred to as still store when it involves images specifically instead of text, however the two terms are used interchangeably. More recently, references to this position are sometimes referred to as simply editor.
Draco picked up a habit of openly talking to a make-believe graphics engineer during Gatorbox broadcasts directing "CG" to put certain graphics up on the screen at certain times. For things that were taped with the intent to be edited later, Draco sometimes says "editor add this in" or "editor please cut this part", often leaving in that take and doing the complete opposite for comedic effect (Draco is also the post-production editor of the majority of Gatorbox content). In the late 2000's and early 2010's Draco worked for PBS affiliate KEDT-TV where one of his roles within the studio was the "CG" graphics engineer.
