"It's French, it's crap" is a remark generally said whenever something of French origin appears on the stream. Despite seeming like something that would only have limited uses the phrase has found its way into numerous Gatorbox streams and shows.

The phrase is a quote from the "Happy Cake Oven" episode Adult Swim cartoon Sealab 2021. During the episode a French deep sea explorer inexplicably joins the crew of a vessel set out to recover Captain Murphy's Happy Cake Oven. The French explorer narrates his journey through the sea in eloquent metaphors with a heavy accent but nobody can understand what he's saying. One crew member asks what he's talking about and another answers "I dunno, it's French, it's crap".
