Meredith Silvermane is one of the minor mascots of the Gatorbox channel. She is an anthropomorphic black and white horse with an affinity for old literature. She was introduced to the stream in 2021 by way of a stuffed animal that Draco bought from a Goodwill for $1 and documented the process of cleaning and restoring to a like-new condition. Viewers likened the surprised or excited expression on the stuffed animal to that of the "PogChamp" emote on Twitch prompting Draco to create one of Meredith's face with the shortcut GBpog (gatorbPog for channel subscribers).
Her name is derived from "mare", the term used for a female horse, and the color of her mane and tail. The Meredith stuffed animal that Draco restored is currently in the possession of his mother who is using it to decorate the guest bedroom in her house. Draco has stated that he plans on giving the restored plush to his brother FPS Reflex and his girlfriend should they decide to have children.
Meredith's fondness for books has led her to become the keeper of Gatorbox lore. When the trivia slideshow was brought back for the 2025 season, Meredith became the mascot of its corresponding stream layout ("Be Right Back"). Additionally, when Twitch announced on February 19, 2025 that they would no longer be keeping a historical record of VOD's for Gatorbox and many other large channels, Meredith also became the face of the work-in-progress "Gatorbox Library of Alexandria" where the comprehensive database of stream VOD's was moved to (hosted by MEGA but presented and served through a specific page of the official Gatorbox website).
Canon
Being middle aged makes Meredith the oldest mascot by a decade. ("Meredith" is a genuine name however it has long fallen out of favor and is commonly associated with older women.) She is an avid collector and reader of books and surrounds herself with them daily by working as a librarian in the city where Gatorbox is broadcast. Her guilty pleasure are those short romance novels that are constantly piling up at used bookstores everywhere.
