The Gatorbox Store is the name given to the official online store for Gatorbox. It opened in February 2025 coinciding with the start of that year's season. It is separate from the Streamlabs store that offers print-on-demand shirts as The Gatorbox Store is managed personally by Draco who handles the physical inventory for the store and fulfills orders as they come in. Draco intends to keep the Streamlabs page open citing the shirts generally do not create any revenue for the stream and are priced in such a way as to be as affordable as possible for fans, banking on the resulting word-of-mouth advertising from people wearing the shirts being more valuable than simply making money on every sale of one. The Gatorbox Store is, however, meant to eventually replace the Redbubble online store. There isn't a projected date for this replacement as Draco does not yet own the equipment to make buttons himself and hasn't yet found a suitable partnership to cheaply produce the more gimmicky or low-res stickers offered on the Redbubble page.

Draco mentioned on stream that he's always wanted to have a central store for the stream but never had the capital to make the initial investment to open one as the Gatorbox project did not generate enough revenue to cover the costs of doing so. In mid-2024 he received a significant pay raise at work and after calculating the total annual impact the raise would have on his earnings he began setting aside $200-350 from every paycheck and moving it into the Gator Company bank account. In September and October Draco ordered the majority of the intended opening inventory for the store while working on the storefront integration with the existing Gatorbox website.

The majority of the items for sale in The Gatorbox Store are based on things from the stream itself such as stickers of mascots and physical releases of select media, however a portion of the inventory also includes non-stream items that Draco stated he felt people who enjoyed Gatorbox would also like. These items include lapel pins of video game and cartoon characters as well as alligator-themed stickers from artists that Draco has partnered with in order to offer their merchandise in the store.
