Marc Griffin (also known as The Bulletball Guy) is an American inventor and owner of the company Inclusion Sports. He is the creator of Bulletball, a game similar to ping pong that is played on a special circular table. Marc rose to prominence online for his appearance on American Inventors, a TV series similar to Shark Tank where inventors pitch their ideas to a panel of investors in the hopes of receiving funding. Marc pitched Bulletball on the show and was universally rejected by the panel. After explaining that he'd gone as far as to live out of his van and pawn his wedding ring to make ends meet one of the investors asked him what he had left to which Marc responded "I have Bulletball". This moment in the show was popularized by internet humorist Sean "Seanbaby" Riley who gave an exaggerated retelling of the event in an article published in Cracked magazine.
Despite the rejection on American Inventors and the onslaught of sneering that came his way online Marc continued to pursue Bulletball and eventually saw minor success in getting the game added to the Paralympics and several VFW halls and retirement homes across the United States, owing to Marc's belief that Bulletball can be played by anyone regardless of age, skill, or disability status. In 2019 Marc published the book Endless Dreams which, among other anecdotes from his life, tells the story of how he overcame adversity with Bulletball. As the general opinion toward the ultra rich has soured in recent years Marc's success in the face of mockery on American Inventors has caused people to perceive him in a more favorable light, painting him as a sort of underdog that wouldn't let "the system" keep him down.
Marc is featured in an emote on the Gatorbox channel (GBbulletball) as well as a Nightbot command (!bulletball). His emote is associated with the phrase "my point" (usually spelled "mah point"), a reference to Marc's television appearance where he played a round of Bulletball with one of the investors. When activated via Nightbot the quote and icon of Marc are paired with the yellow dot emoji symbolizing a Bulletball game piece. The emote is generally used when a point or goal is scored in a sports-related game, often paired with Kicky No Hands. The Bulletball emote also saw use during Your Level Sucks in conjunction with levels that featured the ORB meme.
