Otto is one of the Gatorbox mascots. He takes the form of a large inflatable purple dragon who only shows up in October to replace Nessie as the co-host. (Otto is technically a Halloween decoration hence why he appears in October.) Unlike Nessie, Otto never speaks even when asked questions directly. Draco sometimes calls this Otto being "the strong silent type". Draco often interacts with Otto by trying to get him to hold various things like the Bit Sign or a game controller, but Otto never grabs hold of them and always ends up dropping it.
He is named "Otto" in reference to the movie Airplane where an inflatable blow-up doll is used as a physical gag when the plane's autopilot feature is engaged. "Otto" is phonetically identical to "auto", so that's where the dragon got his name.
